All tariffs are GST inclusive

The tariffs include complimentary full breakfast (served in your room or in the lodge breakfast room), fresh flowers, chocolates, mini-bar and evening canapés and drinks.

For stays in excess of two nights, we offer a 10% discount on the applicable room rate for the duration of your stay.

• All reservation requests are subject to confirmation.
• Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 12.50%
• No pets, no children under 16 years and no smoking indoors
• Check-in time is 2.00pm and check-out time is 11.30am. An earlier check-in time and/or a later check-out time may be available by prior arrangement.

Minimum Stays:
No minimum stays are required during the period you've selected

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 30% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 60% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 2 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.

Payment Policy:
Either a 50% deposit or your credit card details are required to secure your booking.
